Spremačica.me is an online platform that connects people looking for cleaning services with registered cleaners across Montenegro.
The platform allows users to browse cleaner profiles, view service information, and communicate with one another through the built-in messaging system.
Spremačica.me is not an employer, employment agency, or a contractual party in any agreement between users. The platform serves solely as a marketplace that connects property owners and cleaners. Unless explicitly stated on the platform, the administrator does not verify users' identities, qualifications, licences, experience, or the accuracy of the information they provide.
User Account Registration
By registering on the platform, the user confirms that all entered data is correct, complete and up-to-date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities carried out through your account.
Each person may have only one user account unless otherwise approved by the platform administrator.
The administrator reserves the right to refuse account registration or activation if it believes the registration could compromise the security, legality, or proper operation of the platform. The platform may only be used by adults who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
User Profiles
Users must provide accurate information about themselves and the services they offer.
The following content is prohibited:
- False or misleading information
- Photos belonging to others without permission
- Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive content
- Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws.
The administrator reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that violates the platform's rules.
Users confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to publish all photos, text, and other content they upload and accept responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights.
Communication Between Users
To protect all users, communication takes place exclusively through the built-in messaging system on Spremačica.me.
Sharing or requesting contact information to bypass the platform's communication system is not permitted, including:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Social media profiles
- Links to messaging apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar services
- Any other contact information intended to bypass communication through the platform
Any attempt to bypass the messaging system will be considered a violation of these Terms of Use.
Code of Conduct
Users may not:
- Insult, harass, or threaten other users
- Send unsolicited advertising or spam
- Misrepresent themselves
- Attempt to deceive or defraud other users
- Abuse the review or reporting systems
- Use the platform in a way that disrupts its operation or security
- Use bots, automated scripts, or similar tools that interfere with the platform
- Attempt unauthorised access to user accounts, servers, or any part of the platform
All users are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.
Warnings and Enforcement
If these Terms of Use are violated, the administrator may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning
- Assign penalty points
- Temporarily restrict access to certain platform features
- Remove content that violates the rules
- Temporarily suspend a user account
- Permanently block access to the platform
- Permanently delete a user account
The action taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation. The administrator is not required to apply these measures in the order listed above and may immediately take the action considered appropriate.
User responsibility
Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish and the communication they conduct through the platform.
Users independently agree on service terms, pricing, schedules, and payment arrangements.
Spremačica.me does not guarantee the quality of services provided and is not responsible for disputes between users.
Platform Responsibility
The administrator makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, secure, and fully functional.
However, uninterrupted availability, the absence of technical issues, or temporary service interruptions cannot be guaranteed.
The administrator is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of information published by users
- User behaviour
- The content of private communication between users, except where moderation is required under these Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the platform.
The administrator also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the platform or any of its features for maintenance, upgrades, security, or other legitimate reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content on Spremačica.me—including its name, logo, design, text, and software—is the property of the platform administrator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including profile photos, descriptions, and other text. By publishing content on the platform, users grant the administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content solely for the operation and promotion of the platform.
No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without the administrator's prior written permission.
Changes to the Terms of Use
The administrator reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect platform improvements or changes in applicable law.
Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or by email.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro unless applicable law provides otherwise.
