Yes, registration is required for both owners and housekeepers to keep communications secure and tracked within the platform.
After registrations you search profiles of housekeepers by city and type of service, review ratings and experience, and contact directly through the message system on the platform.
You negotiate the price directly with the housekeeper through a conversation on the platform. The agreed price is respected by both parties, and any changes to the scope of work are agreed upon again.
Repeated cancellation without valid reason is a violation of the rules of conduct and may be reported to an administrator for further review.
There is a daily limit on new contacts to protect maids from mass enquiries. The continuation of an already open conversation is not limited.
Every profile and conversation has a login button. Applications are handled by the platform administrator in accordance with the internal rules of conduct.
Registration is done through the page For Cleaner, where you fill out a profile with basic information, the city you work in and the type of services you offer.
Owners search profiles and contact directly through the platform. The receptionist does not initiate the conversation, but responds to received inquiries.
Yes, you only accept jobs for which you are actually available and for which you agree to the terms. No one can oblige you to accept the request.
Asking for a free trial as a condition of engagement is not permitted by the platform's rules. You can refuse such a request and report it.
Every conversation and profile has a login button. You do not have to accept or continue communications that appear inappropriate or suspicious to you.
